This project completed in 2009 was a true example of working together to get the job done. An already existing dilapidated building it was both restored and new works added on the same site. The project ran for 18 months and has been a major benefit to the Skipton area. Many of the ill and elderly in the past needed to be transferred to either Warrnambool or Ballarat, but having this wonderful $6million hospital has kept the people in their region and provide an economic driver in the Skipton area.
