The offical opening of the Trentham Health Centre was held on the 17th May, 2011.
The Minister for Health -David Davis MP spoke on how the project was such an asset to the Trentham community especially the elderly but also for jobs and the potential to keep Trentham thriving.
The cost of the project was 8M. WM Flynn Pty Ltd were congratulated on completing such a marvellous building in what at times could only be discribed as Arctic conditions but Tony Slater the site supervisor was commended on his ability to rally the troops and keep the job moving through all adversities.
The project is a stunning example of what can be achieved in a small community.
