Works have been completed for the State Government & The Department of Sustainability and Environment constructing a new depot for the Departments plant, vehicles and operations in the Daylesford area. The works involved four new buildings, the relocation of an amenities complex, access roads & paths, together with civil works including retaining walls, car parking, drainage and security fencing. The project was completed for the 2012 fire season and are to be used for the secure storage of chemicals, equipment, trucks & trailers. The works enabled the Department of Sustainability & Environment Personnel to work in modernised facilities and purpose built buildings ensuring the security of the plant & equipment, and the safety of the workmen using the complex.
