Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning site depot in Dartmoor needed refurbishing to bring the site into the 21st century.
Works began in March 2019 to develop and rejuvenate a portable than had been moved to the site, then move the current operational office into this portable, then refuburish the current office and increase the carpark footprint.
The new portable building was entirely fitted out and made operational and once that had been achieved the old amenities was gutted and refurbished all ready for the 2019/2020 fire season.
Finished product was a fully ameniable operations centre with state of the art Comms/IT facilities.
