On the 1st of April, 2010, WM Flynn Pty Ltd celebrated 60 years of trading in and around Ballarat and the Western District.
A group of colleagues, friends and family gathered to mark the occasion at the Mercure Lodge in Ballarat.
Cr. Noel Perry spoke acknowledging what WM Flynn P/L and more directly Bill Flynn the founder has contributed to Ballarat and the wider community. Brian Welch Executive Director of the Victorian Master Builders Association gave a fully detailed speech on the building history of WM Flynn P/L and Dennis Foley, Director of JN Cooke and Foley Accountants toasted the Company’s successes which lead into both Bill and Peter Flynn acknowledging that 60 years is a remarkable achievement.
"The success of the building process is as a result of the high quality of staff that have been involved and assisted over the past 60 years".
