Even though it is cold, there is a real warmth in the Ballarat air. Our majestic lake is full and photographers are having a field day with eerie fogs, sensational sun rises and beautiful sunsets. The snow was a real highlight as you can see from the photos attached. Ballarat is spoilt with its coffee culture which brings plenty of silky smooth warmth to those in need of a coffee to get them through the day. Turn the heater on, get walking and spring will be here in no time.
