As the weather begins to change and we can feel an evening chill in the air, we await the change of colour around Ballarat. Now that daylight savings has finished for another year we look forward to the collecting of chestnuts, picking the last of the summer fruits, stewing quinces and walks around Ballarat and the surrounding areas witnessing the change. Autumn is my favourite time of the year.
The Federal and State governments are still procrastinating with their budgets therefore not getting on with growing this Country of ours. There is no money in the coffers but we need to be building infrastructure and getting people jobs and growing the economy. Bring on the election I say and stop all the holding off of decision making. Business is in a holding pattern.
