We are currently working on a project in Horsham for the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
Having worked on the building 20 years ago, it was time for the Walmer building to receive an upgrade. The scope of work is to do a refurbishment on the existing building of around 5000 square metres. Works include a new roof and internal office fitout together with staff meals/ kitchen area and new conference facilities.
The job has been progressing smoothly, starting in May and will be completed at the end of August in time for the 2017/18 fire season. This building will house state of the art facilities and technology to assist all management teams to work to their highest capabilities in a state of the art, highly technological and streamlined functioning environment ready to fight whatever mother nature throws at them this coming fire season in the Wimmera/Grampians region.
