Melbourne University's School of Forestry were looking for a recreation facility to compliment their area of study.
The building is framed, lined and clad with timber. The new facility comprises an aerobics room, weightlifting room together with offices, first aid, canteen amenities and staff facilities. The fabric wall panels highlight contrasting colours and gives the building a modern and comtemporary feel. The external deck provides opportunity to overlook the campus.
It will be used by the University and the local community as a fitness centre.
